This project explores what makes a coffee shop environment truly satisfying through in-depth UX research. Using interviews, observations, and a sensory workshop, I helped uncover emotional patterns and user needs, ultimately identifying twelve core features that shape the ideal experience. I designed a clear framework that organizes these insights into emotions, benefits, and features, making the research easy to understand. To communicate the findings in a more engaging, human-centered way, I presented the entire study as a magazine, blending UX research, service design, and editorial design into one cohesive, accessible publication.
